1. About Amplified Broadcast Studio

Amplified Broadcast Studio provides AI-assisted tools designed to help users create content for broadcast, music promotion, audio branding, and related creative purposes. Current and future features may include:

• radio-ready scripts
• AI production prompts
• artist promotions
• station IDs
• sweepers
• liners
• jingles
• show promos
• audio-production guidance
• AI-generated voice, music, sound effects, or finished audio
• other broadcast and promotional content

Features may change as the service develops.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Amplified Broadcast Studio. By using the service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using Amplified Broadcast Studio on behalf of a business, organization, radio station, artist, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on that entity’s behalf.

3. User Accounts

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating your account.

You are responsible for:

• maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• activity performed through your account
• notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised

You may not share your account in a way that circumvents usage limits or allows unauthorized users to access the service.

4. Free Creations

Amplified Broadcast Studio may provide registered users with a limited number of free Creations.

A “Creation” means 1 radio-ready script plus 1 corresponding AI production prompt. The two outputs are generated together and count as one Creation.

The current free allowance may include up to five Creations per calendar month. Free usage allowances, regeneration limits, promotional offers, and other service limits may change as the service develops.

Unused free Creations have no monetary value and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.

5. Complimentary Finished Production

Eligible users may receive one complimentary finished audio production.

Unless otherwise stated:

• the complimentary production is limited to one per account
• it is not renewed monthly
• it has no cash value
• it may not be transferred or resold as a credit

The availability, format, production method, and features of the complimentary production may change as the service evolves.

6. Future Production Credits

Amplified Broadcast Studio may later offer production credits that allow users to purchase additional finished audio productions.

Production-credit pricing, usage requirements, refund policies, expiration policies, and applicable terms will be disclosed before purchases are made.

Purchasing production credits will not create a subscription unless Amplified Broadcast Studio expressly introduces and discloses such a service in the future.

7. User-Provided Content

You may submit information such as artist names, stage names, song titles, album titles, station names, show names, slogans, event information, promotional copy, descriptions, URLs, trademarks, and other creative material.

You retain whatever rights you legally hold in material you submit.

You grant Amplified Broadcast Studio a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, reproduce, modify, and transmit that material as necessary to provide the requested service, operate the application, maintain security, and fulfill your requests, subject to our Privacy Policy.

8. Your Responsibility for Submitted Content

You are solely responsible for ensuring that information and materials you submit are lawful and that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use them.

You may not submit material that:

• infringes copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other intellectual-property rights
• falsely claims affiliation with another person, artist, station, company, or organization
• impersonates another person without authorization
• contains unlawful or fraudulent material
• is defamatory, threatening, harassing, or abusive
• is intended to deceive listeners or misrepresent sponsorship, endorsement, or identity
• violates applicable laws or regulations

Do not submit confidential or proprietary information unless you have authority to use it for the requested purpose.

9. AI-Generated Content

Amplified Broadcast Studio uses artificial intelligence to assist with generating scripts, prompts, and potentially audio content.

AI systems can produce unexpected, inaccurate, incomplete, similar, or inappropriate results. You are responsible for reviewing all generated material before publishing, broadcasting, distributing, selling, or otherwise using it.

Amplified Broadcast Studio does not guarantee that generated material:

• is factually accurate
• is unique
• is free from similarities to existing material
• qualifies for copyright protection
• qualifies for trademark protection
• is suitable for any particular broadcasting, streaming, advertising, or distribution platform
• complies with every licensing requirement applicable to your use
• will be accepted or perform as intended in any third-party AI or audio platform

Users should independently verify important factual, legal, licensing, and commercial-use issues.

10. Synthetic and AI-Generated Content Transparency

Amplified Broadcast Studio may generate or assist in generating synthetic text, audio, music, voice, sound effects, or other content using artificial intelligence. Where required by applicable law or supported by the underlying technology, generated content may include machine-readable markers, provenance information, metadata, watermarks, or other indicators identifying the content as artificially generated or manipulated.

Users may not knowingly remove, disable, obscure, alter, or circumvent legally required AI-generated-content disclosures, provenance information, watermarks, or machine-readable markers.

Users are responsible for providing any additional visible disclosures required by applicable law when publishing, broadcasting, distributing, or otherwise using AI-generated or manipulated content, including where content could reasonably be mistaken for authentic human-created or human-performed content.

Amplified Broadcast Studio may update its transparency, marking, provenance, and disclosure practices as applicable laws, technical standards, and third-party AI provider requirements evolve.

11. Rights in Generated Outputs

Subject to these Terms and any restrictions imposed by third-party technology providers used to generate an output, Amplified Broadcast Studio permits you to use eligible scripts, prompts, and finished productions generated for your account for lawful personal and commercial purposes.

Amplified Broadcast Studio does not guarantee that any AI-generated output is eligible for copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property protection. Copyright and other rights in AI-assisted works can depend on human creative contribution, applicable law, and the terms of third-party providers.

Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice or a guarantee of intellectual-property ownership.

12. Third-Party AI and Technology Providers

Amplified Broadcast Studio may use third-party technology providers to provide features such as artificial intelligence, text generation, voice generation, music generation, sound effects, audio processing, storage, authentication, analytics, and payment processing.

Your use of certain generated outputs may also be subject to applicable third-party terms or licensing restrictions. Where relevant, users are responsible for complying with those requirements.

Third-party providers may embed or require provenance information, machine-readable disclosures, metadata, watermarks, or other synthetic-content indicators. Users must comply with applicable provider requirements and may not remove or circumvent markers or disclosures that are required by law or by the terms governing the applicable output.

Amplified Broadcast Studio may replace or change technology providers at any time.

13. Voice, Identity, and Likeness

You may not use Amplified Broadcast Studio to impersonate or imitate a real person’s voice, identity, likeness, or endorsement without appropriate authorization.

You may not create material that falsely suggests that an artist, celebrity, broadcaster, public figure, company, or other person endorses a product, service, station, event, or message.

If future features permit voice cloning or uploaded voice samples, additional consent, verification, and usage requirements may apply.

14. Music, Lyrics, and Copyrighted Material

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary rights to lyrics, music, recordings, samples, trademarks, artwork, or other copyrighted material you submit or request the service to incorporate.

Amplified Broadcast Studio does not grant licenses to third-party songs, recordings, compositions, trademarks, or other protected works.

Do not assume that AI generation eliminates normal copyright or licensing obligations.

15. Commercial Use

Users may use eligible Amplified Broadcast Studio outputs for commercial purposes, subject to these Terms, applicable law, any licensing restrictions disclosed for a particular feature, and any applicable third-party provider terms.

You are responsible for determining whether your intended use requires additional licenses, permissions, disclosures, performance rights, synchronization rights, mechanical rights, publicity permissions, or other authorizations.

16. Broadcasting and Distribution

Amplified Broadcast Studio does not provide broadcast licenses, music-performance licenses, copyright licenses, FCC authorization, royalty reporting, or other legal permissions required to operate a radio station, stream music, distribute recordings, or commercially exploit protected works.

Users remain responsible for obtaining all licenses and approvals applicable to their business and distribution activities.

17. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Amplified Broadcast Studio to:

• engage in unlawful activity
• violate intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights
• commit fraud or deceptive practices
• impersonate another person or organization
• create deceptive endorsements or false affiliations
• generate malicious, threatening, defamatory, or abusive content
• attempt to bypass usage limits or security controls
• access another user’s account
• interfere with the operation or security of the service
• reverse engineer or exploit the application except where permitted by law
• resell access to Amplified Broadcast Studio without written permission
• use automated systems to abuse or overload the service

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these requirements.

18. Beta and Evolving Features

Amplified Broadcast Studio is an evolving service. Some features may be experimental, beta, preview, or subject to change. Beta or preview features may be modified, limited, interrupted, or discontinued without notice and may not operate with the same reliability as generally available features.

19. Service Availability

We may add or remove features, change usage limits, modify technology providers, perform maintenance, temporarily suspend features, or discontinue parts of the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free availability.

20. Electronic Communications

By creating an account or using the service, you agree that we may provide service-related notices electronically, including by email or through the application. These may include account notices, security alerts, updates to these Terms, and information necessary to operate the service. Marketing communications, where used, will be handled separately and subject to applicable law and your communication preferences.

21. No Professional Advice

Amplified Broadcast Studio provides creative and technology tools. The service does not provide legal, copyright, trademark, financial, broadcasting-regulatory, or licensing advice. Consult an appropriate professional when your use requires legal, regulatory, licensing, or intellectual-property guidance.

22. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amplified Broadcast Studio is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Black Soul Rhythms LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, availability, reliability, uniqueness, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, commercial success, audience response, broadcast acceptance, or compatibility with third-party platforms. You use the service and generated outputs at your own discretion and risk.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Black Soul Rhythms LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of Amplified Broadcast Studio.

This includes losses arising from use of generated content, lost revenue, lost profits, lost data, copyright or trademark disputes, broadcast rejection, third-party platform actions, service interruptions, or reliance on inaccurate AI-generated material.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

24. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Black Soul Rhythms LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, expenses, or losses arising from content you submit, your use of generated outputs, your violation of these Terms, your infringement of another person’s rights, or your violation of applicable law.

25. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Amplified Broadcast Studio if we reasonably believe that you violated these Terms, your account is being used fraudulently, your activity threatens the service or other users, or suspension is necessary to comply with law. You may stop using Amplified Broadcast Studio at any time.

26. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the service develops. When material changes are made, we will update the Effective Date and may provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use of the service after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

27. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the U.S. state in which Black Soul Rhythms LLC is legally organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that is not otherwise resolved will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction, subject to applicable law. Before publishing these Terms for paid services, the governing state and preferred venue should be stated expressly.

28. Force Majeure

Black Soul Rhythms LLC will not be responsible for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including internet or hosting outages, failures of third-party service providers, natural disasters, labor disruptions, governmental actions, or other similar events.

29. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or other business transfer, subject to applicable law.

30. Waiver and Severability

Failure to enforce a provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that provision or any other provision. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

31. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented for particular services, constitute the agreement between you and Black Soul Rhythms LLC regarding Amplified Broadcast Studio.
